Freshly decorated in Summer 2012 to provide generous and beautifully presented group accommodation in the centre of Edinburgh for ten adults in full size single beds with damask white linen bedding and fresh towels provided for each person.

This would also be an ideal family base for a city break with two twin rooms for the adults and 6 single beds in the largest bedroom ideal for children or teenagers.

Normal entry to the property is 3 pm and checkout 11 am however where possible we will always try to accommodate your group depending on your arrival time.

A small fee will secure an early or late check out can be agreed directly with the landlord after booking. This may suit those people looking to spend an extra in Edinburgh and fly home in the evening or even just a long lie!

 

This apartment can also be used by corporate clients attending the EICC during the week (the EICC is just a 5 minute walk) - please enquire for a reduced corporate rate for guest looking to stay Sunday to Friday with a private bedroom to themselves and a shared communal kitchen and lounge.

 

 

Close to excellent local amenities and a five minute walk to both Princes Street and walking distance (5 minutes) to Haymarket Station.

Easy access to Edinburgh's bus routes and Airlink Bus route stops round the corner at The Premeir Inn, Haymarket.
